Chairman, Founder, Trustee
Naren Naik of Bankfield Protect, our founder is the inspiration for this project.
Naren is a parent of an autistic child who at the age of 32 is still unable to find a job which is his ultimate dream.
Naren shares his son’s dream and is frustrated that he has been unable to help.
His experiences, those of other parents and people living with a learning disability have driven him to build a solution “The British Enhancement Centre”
Rashmikant Joshi
Vice-Chairman, Trustee
Former Lord Mayor of Leicester, Rashmi brings a wealth of experience working with those less fortunate. He is also a councillor for the Hamiton ward and is our eyes & ears at city council level.
Currently chair of adult social care scrutiny committee for City of Leicester also on Neighbourhood Services Committee, Audit & Risk assessment committee and the Older Peoples’ Forum

Management Structure
Chris Richards
CEO
Chris Richards was formerly project manager for a housing charity. Prior to that he worked in the UK, Germany & Australia as a dental surgeon owning three practices before retiring. He found that retirement didn’t agree with him and so entered the charity sector and is involved with the day to day running of BEC
