We are a UK registered charity and therefore come under the control of the Charities Commission regarding our charitable activities.

However, we are also dealing with vulnerable adults which opens up a “whole can of worms” regarding regulation and compliance.

Currently we are undergoing a rebranding process.  Registered with the Charities Commission in September 2017 as “The British Enhancement Centre” we have decided the time is ripe to more closely align our charity with our purposes.  From January 2021 we will be known as The Business Enterprise and Community Group.  We have the unanimous agreement of the trustees and will be submitting a request to the Charities Commission in due course to enact the change of name.
